Booking

Booking is quick and easy.
- Go to the Book Water Bike page on the menu.
- Select your preferred date and time.
- Choose the water bike or experience you'd like to book.
- Add your selection to the cart.
- Complete the checkout process.
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need for your upcoming ride.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow time for check-in and a short safety briefing.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled ride. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may not be refundable.

Light rain usually doesn't affect the experience. In the event of severe weather, strong winds, or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your booking or offer a full refund.

Yes. Life jackets are included for all riders and must be worn throughout the entire ride.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking. This gives us time to provide safety instructions and prepare your equipment.

All rides begin at our location in Solhöjdsgatan 25, Malmö. Detailed meeting instructions will be included in your booking confirmation.

We ask all riders to keep track of time and plan their return accordingly. Weather conditions, wind, or other factors may occasionally cause minor delays, and a few minutes late is generally not a problem.
If you expect to be significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you and minimize any impact on other guests.

If your return is delayed by more than 15 minutes without a valid reason, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
Before any charges are applied, we will always communicate with you to understand the circumstances. Delays caused by factors beyond your control will be taken into consideration.
If a delayed return affects a subsequent booking and results in cancellations or losses, RentWaterBike reserves the right to seek compensation for any resulting costs.
By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Yes, extensions are possible provided there are no bookings scheduled after your session.
If you would like to extend your ride, please contact us during your rental and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

No. Our water bikes are stable, easy to use, and suitable for beginners. Before your ride, we provide a short introduction to ensure you feel comfortable on the water.

Not at all. If you know how to ride a bicycle, you'll quickly get the hang of it. Most people feel comfortable within a few minutes.

Each water bike is designed for one rider. If you're booking with friends or family, multiple bikes can be reserved depending on availability.

Yes, but we recommend using waterproof protection. RentWaterBike is not responsible for lost or water-damaged personal belongings.

We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Depending on the weather, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a light jacket may be useful.
Safety

Yes. Safety is our highest priority. Our water bikes are designed for stability, and all riders receive instructions before departure.

No. Swimming and jumping into the water are not permitted during the rental period.

No. For safety reasons, operating a water bike under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

Yes. Wearing a properly fitted life jacket is mandatory at all times while using the water bike. Failure to wear a life jacket may void applicable insurance coverage.

Our water bikes are designed for stability, making falls very uncommon. However, if you do fall into the water, your life jacket will keep you afloat, and our team will provide assistance if needed.

Knowing how to swim is recommended, but all riders are required to wear life jackets throughout the entire ride.

Safety always comes first. In the event of strong winds, thunderstorms, or unsafe weather conditions, we may postpone or cancel rides and offer a new booking or a full refund.

Remain calm and keep your life jacket on. Follow the instructions provided during the safety briefing and contact our team immediately if assistance is needed.

No. Riders must remain within the designated operating area provided during the safety briefing to ensure safety and comply with local regulations.

You can return to the starting location at any time. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

Children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult. The height of the rider have to be minimum 160cm. All participants must wear a life jacket.
