1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern all bookings and rentals provided by RentWaterBike ("we", "our", or "us"). By making a booking and using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.
  • Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • All participants are expected to follow safety instructions and local regulations.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made through our website.

Payment must be completed before the rental begins. A booking confirmation will be sent by email.

RentWaterBike reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion for safety or operational reasons.

4. Rental Duration

Your rental begins at the scheduled time and ends at the agreed return time.

Late returns may affect other customers and may result in additional charges.

Customers are responsible for returning all equipment in the same condition as received.

5. Safety Rules

Safety is our highest priority.

By using our water bikes, you agree:

  • Not to operate the water bike under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • To avoid reckless or dangerous behavior.
  • To respect other water users and local residents.
  • To immediately report any accidents or equipment issues.
  • To wear a properly fitted life jacket at all times while using the water bike.

Life jackets are provided by RentWaterBike and must be worn throughout the entire rental period.

Failure to wear a life jacket may invalidate applicable insurance coverage and may result in the customer being personally responsible for damages, injuries, or losses not covered by insurance.

RentWaterBike reserves the right to terminate a rental without refund if safety rules are violated.

6. Rider Responsibility

Customers are responsible for using the equipment carefully and only for its intended purpose.

Customers may not modify or repair any part of the water bike or associated equipment.

Customers are responsible for damages resulting from:

  • Collisions caused by negligence.
  • Misuse of equipment.
  • Intentional damage.
  • Failure to follow instructions.
  • Operating the water bike without wearing the provided life jacket.

Failure to wear a life jacket may invalidate applicable insurance coverage. In such cases, the customer may be personally liable for damages to equipment, third parties, and any resulting costs.

RentWaterBike shall not be liable for indirect losses or consequential damages.

8. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their own belongings.

RentWaterBike is not responsible for lost, stolen, or water-damaged items, including but not limited to:

  • Mobile phones

Customer safety always comes first.

In the event of severe weather conditions, strong winds, thunderstorms, or other unsafe conditions, RentWaterBike reserves the right to postpone or cancel rentals.

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • A new booking time, or
  • A full refund.

Light rain alone does not automatically qualify for cancellation.
